Fraud Means Account Closure

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the GoWinBD platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GoWinBD. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the GoWinBD platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use GoWinBD, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one GoWinBD account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. GoWinBD uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed.

When registering your GoWinBD account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

GoWinBD accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Using a payment method that belongs to another person — even a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your GoWinBD account and may vary by payment method. GoWinBD does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

GoWinBD reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

GoWinBD processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not negotiable. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits will not be processed.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete GoWinBD's identity verification (KYC) process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and confirming your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time process and is usually completed within a few hours of submission.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: displayed in your GoWinBD account settings.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by GoWinBD's payments team.

  • Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GoWinBD offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

All GoWinBD bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.

  • Bonuses are credited to your GoWinBD account automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms.
  • GoWinBD reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
  • Players who GoWinBD determines are abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation — may have their bonuses removed and their accounts restricted.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

GoWinBD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already started meeting its wagering requirements, GoWinBD will honour any progress made up to the point of cancellation on a pro-rata basis.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on GoWinBD — including Fortune Dragon, Lucky Piggy, Teen Patti 20-20, Blackjack, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Game rules are accessible within each game on the GoWinBD platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

GoWinBD uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including your account history, deposit amount, or previous results. GoWinBD's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — GoWinBD will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its state immediately before the malfunction. If this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your GoWinBD account. GoWinBD's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoWinBD and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

GoWinBD monitors all accounts and transactions for signs of prohibited conduct. If we identify any of the above activities, we will suspend the account immediately, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action — which may include permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

GoWinBD's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

12 Account Termination

You may close your GoWinBD account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

GoWinBD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
  • GoWinBD is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, GoWinBD reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

13 Disputes

If you have a dispute with GoWinBD regarding a game outcome, a payment, a bonus, or any other matter, you should contact GoWinBD support in the first instance. Our support team will investigate the matter and respond within 48 hours. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a full description of the issue. GoWinBD's management team will review the escalated dispute and provide a final decision within 7 business days.

GoWinBD's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes is final, provided that the games were functioning correctly and the RNG was operating as certified. In cases where a technical malfunction is confirmed, GoWinBD will take appropriate remedial action as described in Section 7.

14 Amendments

GoWinBD reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, GoWinBD will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using GoWinBD and close your account. Closing your account after a terms update will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the update.
